Because of the health issues associated with high radon, we believe a radon test is one of the most important things to keep your home safe. As we do not perform radon mitigation services, you can trust in a completely unbiased report and recommendation.

As we’re all spending a greater amount in our homes, you may have an increased risk of exposure to radon gas if it exists in your home. The only way to know if your home has high levels of radon gas present is to have it tested.   We’re currently offering a home radon test for only $125.

   Already have a have a radon mitigation system?

If you already have a radon mitigation system installed in your home, the EPA recommends checking radon levels at least every two years

A very brief introduction to radon concerns

According to the Colorado Depaertment of Health, about 50% of homes in Colorado have high radon levels. Radon is a naturally occuring invisible and odorless gas that comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water. According the EPA, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer behind smoking. The only way to know if your home has high level of radon is to have it tested.
